This is an Effective Progression of Five Sessions to meet and hold essential and life changing wellness-coaching practices with confidence and thoughtful boundaries. This proven program helps you expand your yoga teaching modalities, build a private yoga teaching practice, and meet your student’s needs. Ultimately, it may help direct you create YOUR OWN body of work within this idea of yoga and whole-life coaching!

You know your yoga practice has changed your life. Leverage its deep, thoughtful, wisdom-based tenants to do more than goal set. Instead, in this simple, straight forward off the mat endeavor, align, assert and achieve your happiest life ever.

By learning to offer informative embodied instruction in connection to instructed contemplations, written exercises and thoughtful email dialogue we will set you up for your voice-voice connection calls and an inspired offering for you to offer to and with your one-to-one clients.

 

SESSION ONE: VALUES. CHECK!

It is only from what you value that YOU can truly be you. We will dive into a deliberate set of exercises to help you feel, determine, and define your primary values. From this established set, we will leverage an awareness of optimal living from these as a strong, stable and satisfying foundation and how you are honestly, currently living from and not living from these as your sense of embodied and emotional home.

SESSION TWO: REFLECTION AND NEED BASED DIRECTION!

Talk about revealing! The previous exercise exposes connection and disconnection between deep and pervasive living from meaning and the consequences of not living from truth. This sequence of contemplations and exercises reveal your direction of ‘happy.’ Instead of happy being a thing, a singular experience, a particular relationship, or job acquisition, it becomes a trajectory and path for presence, practice, and participation. When we distill it down to YOUR path, it is nearly effortless to step forward upon.

SESSION THREE: MISSION BASED LIVING!

Truth, path is purpose and purpose is path. A purpose driven life is a fulfilling life; however, we are invited to chisel off all of the various purposes we have collected along the way that create a great deal of our dissatisfaction and unhappiness. These mis-purposes instilled by culture, family, and circumstances create stumbling along a true path full of potholes and detours we do not mean to keep taking. This series of practices and exercises engages our truth, our distinct gifts in aim and our equally present patterns of self-sabotage. When we know that both, truth and self-sabotage are present, we step into a truly yogic power, choice and radical responsibility.

SESSION FOUR: INTENTION AND ATTENTION!

Most of the yoga world is punch drunk on intention. Intentions are made for this or that at the beginning of nearly every yoga practice in the western world. However, most of these intentions are unanchored, as they have not honestly and organically grown from the work we have done in the previous sessions and practices. Intentions are only as powerful as the attention we places to them. This series of exercises and practices will dive into the true power of establishing intentions / goals that you truly have the energy, passion, and will to activate and attend to create and accomplish. The result is profound, it is the radical and real sensation of confidence in completion, execution and follow through.

SESSION FIVE: SELF REFLECTION. BEGIN. REFLECT. BEGIN AGAIN.

Several ancient texts begin with the single, potent word, ‘atha,’ which means, simply, ‘now.’ Each of these texts end with a word or syllable that suggests the practitioner refer to the beginning of the text or start over completely. The path of lasting personal, positive change relies on self-reflection, inquisitive review, and active renewal. It requires that we constantly refer not to an end point but to the steps we are taking on the path and the feeling of our honest feeling of feet beneath us. Life happens, we age, we grow, we change. The path may change and fork. It is a truly happy life that one can engage this powerful truth, our single constant, change, with a childlike wonder and willingness to adapt. This session instills practices of honest self-reflection in an inspired pattern, rather than a shame based, accomplishment measure.
