ONE-TO-ONE THERA-YOU-YOGA SESSIONS TO EASE ACHES AND INJURY
As we age or over-use a repetitive motion in any endeavor, we can create a twa…. or a tweek… and eventually an injury. This is a space for identification of dysfunctional movement patterns that might be creating pain, irritation or yuck. From here, we work together to help you thoroughly understand the corrective exercise, stabilization and mobility movement patterns that will shift you from this face…. :( to THIS face… :).
These One-to-One yoga sessions will set you up for success in public yoga classes and your active lifestyle! This five series “cause and effect” progression builds YOUR yogic strength and skills in the fastest, safest, and most confident manner possible. By working from the ground up and the core out, you GET to let go of limiting beliefs about your strength, flexibility and balance. Instead of limitation, embody a growing sense of satisfaction, physical ability and mental focus in every session.
Each session will progress with YOUR specific needs in mind.
Our techniques will include using and empowering:
Static Movement with Stability and Props
Repetitive Movements and Transitions with Attention and Props
Supported Restorative Postures
